Every founder deserves a teammate who believes in the messy beginning.

Early-stage shouldn’t mean solo-stage.

Meet Victoria— action partner

Hi, I’m Victoria—and I’m not here to coach from the sidelines. I build alongside the founders I believe in.

I’m the founder of Pretty Austin Garden Growth Studio, where I help creative business owners grow from seed to something remarkable. I show up with strategy, sales expertise and the ability to figure things out—so you don’t have to do it all alone.

I know what it’s like to be stuck in the weeds.

Before starting Pretty Austin Garden Growth Studio, I spent five years at Art Storefronts, a tech company that helps artists and photographers sell their work online.

I was lucky to be a key part of the team—working closely with the owner and the head of artist recruitment. As Sales Training Manager, I led hiring, onboarding, and training while also supporting hundreds of creative business owners as they grew.

It gave me a front-row seat to what really works in early-stage sales—and what founders need when they’re just trying to make their idea work. More than anything, it taught me how structure, belief, and momentum can transform a creative business.

That experience is still at the heart of how I show up today.

That’s why Pretty Austin Garden isn’t just a name-
it’s a space where real businesses grow, with a little help from someone who gets it.

What is Pretty Austin Garden Growth Studio?

Pretty Austin Garden Growth Studio is a one-woman growth studio for early-stage founders who are ready to build—but don’t want to go it alone.
I help passionate creatives, makers, and small business owners bring their ideas to life by jumping in early, working alongside them, and doing the real work together.
I bring energy, structure, and belief to people who are still figuring it out—but know they’re onto something.

What I’m Working On Right Now

Right now, I’m deep in the weeds with a handful of early-stage founders—building systems, shaping offers, testing what works, and documenting everything along the way.
This isn’t theory. It’s traction in real time.
I’m creating case studies by working inside real businesses, taking messy ideas and turning them into momentum.
Because pretty ideas are nice—but building them is where the magic happens.

Where This Is Going

The goal is simple: to become the go-to studio for early-stage founders who need someone in their corner—someone who believes in the vision and knows how to help make it happen.
I’m not a consultant on the sidelines—I’m a collaborator, co-creator, and catalyst.
I want to build a track record of helping creative business owners grow something meaningful—and prove that early belief is worth something big.
Along the way, I’m building relationships with local business leaders, investors, and partners—because good ideas grow faster in connected communities.

Let’s Connect

The Heart Behind It All

My mission is to help founders bring their ideas to life with structure, belief, and momentum—so they never have to build alone.

I know what it’s like to have a powerful vision and feel stuck in the weeds, unsure of the next step. I also know how much magic can happen when someone believes in you early, shows up with you, and helps you move from idea to income.

At the core of Pretty Austin Garden Growth Studio is a deep belief in what’s possible when good people work together. I’m here to be that steady partner—the energy, the strategy, and the support—so founders can stay focused on the thing they were made to build.

I’m here for the messy middle, the unpolished pitch, the half-built website… because I believe that’s where the magic starts.

A Fun Facts Just For Fun

I chose the name “Pretty Austin Garden” because I adore nature and pretty flowers. Gardening in Austin can be a challenge—but that just makes every bloom feel even more magical.

I’m loving my new outdoor kitchenette—it lets me bake bread, enchiladas, and fajitas year-round without heating up the house.

I used to think it was God’s plan for me to be single forever... but on May 9, 2024, I got married. It’s a blessing to have someone by my side after learning to stand on my own. Turns out, God had a beautiful surprise in store.
